BEERS

Emerald Vale Brewery

We produce beer from the best natural ingredients in a simple yet precise process - using rainwater, malted barley, selected hops and yeast to yield a variety of tastes. Named after the 400ha Emerald Vale farm, it lies in the green hills between the Chintsa and Chefani Rivers some 4 kilometers from the unspoilt Wild Coast shore. The rivers are also our source of unpolluted rainwater, a vital ingredient in our beer.

Emerald Vale Brewery was established in April 2012 and our initial 50-litre brewing system has been replaced with a 500-litre batch system capable of producing 12,000 litres per month.
